How To Remove Users From My Group?

You Can Quickly Remove Users From Your Group By Using Your Dashboard!

Who Can Remove Users

Only the group admin can remove users from a group. Regular group members do not have permission to remove other users.

Finding the Group Admin

To identify who the group admin is:

  1. Navigate to the group screen on your dashboard
  2. Look under the Subscription Details section
  3. The group admin will be listed there

Accessing the Group Page

  1. In the left sidebar navigation, select My Group
  2. If the subscription details aren't visible, click the arrow to expand and display them

Removing Users (Group Admin Only)

When logged in as the group admin:

  1. Go to the My Group screen
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the usernames you want to remove
  3. Click the Remove Users button
  4. The selected users will be removed from the group
  5. Their access to Plus will be automatically revoked

Important Notes

  • User removal is immediate and cannot be undone from this interface
  • Removed users will lose access to Plus benefits associated with the group subscription
  • Only group admins can perform this action
